No Return Shipping Charges

Buyer Beware! If you receive a cover and it arrives in the wrong color or size most companies require you to pay for the return freight of the cover. We guarantee that if the cover you order arrives in the wrong color, shape, or dimension (within 1” variance) than your confirmed order it will be our responsibility to replace it at our cost and that you will not be responsible for any shipping costs.

We Review All Orders

Every cover order is reviewed prior to submitting for production by one of our knowledgeable Customer Care representatives. Though it is not our responsibility but if we see any cause for concern in regard to the order you have submitted, we will immediately contact you. Our primary concern is that you receive not only the cover you ordered but more importantly the cover you intended to order.

Specialty Covers & Swim Spa Covers

If you have a hot tub that has special cut outs for speakers, controls, etc. or if you are seeking a swim spa cover we will have you speak directly with one of our expert cover designers. And to be sure that you will be receiving the exact cover before the order is finalized we will forward to a detailed CAD drawing of your custom order for your approval.

It is 5 years "bumper-to-bumper" on all VacuSeal Covers along with SpaEase Cover Models; Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Bronze includes a 3 Year Warranty and the Economy Model comes with a 1 Year Warranty. Most importantly westand behind our warranty and our product.
